Operations Assistant:
Position Details
Location: Dublin, OH
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer & Chief Development Officer
Position Commitment: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Supports both the Operations Team and Sales Team, which includes: quotation/proposal generation, managing channel-partner order requests, maintaining monthly / annual license renewals and other items as needed.
- Develop full understanding of all products to best instruct Strategic Sales Managers on the appropriate equipment for end-user scopes of work.
- Provide pre and post sales support to Sales Team from a product support perspective
- Have the ability to demo all software / products under the Coffman Media products and service umbrella.
- Liaise with all partners, on behalf of Sales & Operations / Support teams, of Coffman Media as needed to fulfill bespoke projects, custom integrations, etc.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experiences in a sales support / operations support role
- A 10X attitude
- Extremely efficient and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong understanding of CRM systems
- Knowledge / experience of technology or digital signage industry preferred
- Adhere to Grant Cardone University training is a must, license seat provided for personal development
Salary:
- Base + Incentive
Strategic Account Manager:
Position Details

Position Commitment: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets with deals that are self-procured as well as closing leads that is provided through our inbound and channel partner funnels.
- Develop full understanding of all products & services to best recommend solutions to end-users that exceeds their objectives.
- Current client and pipeline management on a quarterly basis.
- Assist in the growth of new programs and products as they come online.
- Work directly with the Operations, Development & Support teams to achieve project successes and ensure end-users are taken care of pre, during and post sale.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experiences in a technical sales role.
- A 10X drive for sales generation.
- Extremely efficient and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite or like software.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Knowledge / experience of technology or digital signage industry preferred.
- Adhere to Grant Cardone University training is a must, license seat provided for personal development.

Salary:
- Base + Recurring Commission & Incentives
- This position can result in high 5-figure to entry 6-figure salary
