The Position:

Reports To

Chief Operations Officer & Chief Development Officer




Position Commitment





  • Supports both the Operations Team and Sales Team, which includes:  quotation/proposal generation, managing channel-partner order requests, maintaining monthly / annual license renewals and other items as needed.
  • Develop full understanding of all products to best instruct Strategic Sales Managers on the appropriate equipment for end-user scopes of work.
  • Provide pre and post sales support to Sales Team from a product support perspective
  • Have the ability to demo all software / products under the Coffman Media products and service umbrella.
  • Liaise with all partners, on behalf of Sales & Operations / Support teams, of Coffman Media as needed to fulfill bespoke projects, custom integrations, etc.




  • 2-4 years experiences in a sales support / operations support role
  • Extremely efficient and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Knowledge / experience of technology or digital signage industry preferred
  • Adhere to Grant Cardone University training is a must, license seat provided for personal development
