Each store received a custom configuration based on its floor plan: flagship locations received 3×2 video walls at the entrance, while smaller format stores received single large-format displays at key decision points.
For content management, we deployed a cloud-based CMS platform with a custom template library designed specifically for Nexus's promotional workflow.
