A Coffman Media specialist will spend about 30 minutes learning about your goals, environment, and challenges. We ask the right questions to understand your situation and provide honest, tailored guidance — no sales pitch, no pressure.
Most discovery calls run 25–30 minutes. For more complex multi-location or enterprise projects, we may schedule a longer session to cover all the relevant details.
No formal preparation is required. It helps to have a rough sense of how many locations you're considering, what problem you're trying to solve, and any budget constraints — but even if you don't have those answers yet, the call is designed to help you figure them out.
That's perfectly fine. Many of our best clients start with a discovery call months before they're ready to move forward. The call is about education and fit — we're happy to be a resource as you build your business case or evaluate options.
